PRECISA® GEL 04 starch
PRECISA® Gel 04 is a starch based texturiser which can provide an appealing gel texture to food. Its freeze-thaw stability and pure vegan origin enables gelatin replacement for vegetarian/vegan products. An instant starch which doesn’t require heat, it can be used for any food product where gelling is required.
