DRY-TACK™ 250 E starch

DRY-TACK™ 250 E is a revolutionary food adhesive which can be used as a dry powder to adhere seasonings to snacks. DRY-TACK™ 250 E is used dry and can be easily pre-blended with seasonings. In some cases the residual heat of the food product is sufficient to melt DRY-TACK™ 250 E and thus achieve the full adhesive effect. Alternatively, the DRY-TACK™ E seasoning blend can be sprikled onto the food product and heat applied. At a temperature of 125°C the powder melts in less than 30 seconds and provides a high degree of tackiness.
