BATTER BIND® S starch

BATTER BIND® S is a modified food starch derived from corn. It appears as a white to off-white powder, and is often used in batters to provide good adhesion of the coating to meat, poultry or seafood products. In fried or baked products, this product can improve colour and flavour, crispness, and reduce blistering on the surface.
