Ingredion to showcase new pulse ingredients at Vitafoods 2015

Global provider of ingredient solutions, Ingredion, will showcase its range of nutritional ingredients and natural emulsifiers at Vitafoods Europe 2015. In addition, the company’s new range of pulse proteins and flours, which have been specifically designed to meet consumer demands, are set to take centre stage on stand.

Ingredion will be showcasing its newly launched range of VITESSENCE® pulse proteins. Based on a sustainable plant protein, the range of naturally gluten-free pulse proteins are derived from faba bean, yellow lentil and yellow pea. Each ingredient in the range contains 55-60% protein, to enable manufacturers to create foods and beverages which are high in protein and taste great to help meet the growing demand for protein-rich products.

Ingredion will also be demonstrating its expertise in the infant nutrition and beverage sectors. BIOLIGO® GL 5700 IMF GOS for example, is a non-digestible carbohydrate made from lactose that gives infant formula manufacturers a safe, high-quality source of GOS for an enhanced nutritional profile.

Newly launched Q-NATURALE® 200 V natural emulsifier, will also be demonstrated on stand by Ingredion’s beverages experts. This product provides colour and flavour stability in drinks and is easy to use.
