Global ingredients solutions provider, Ingredion, will be taking visitors on a quest of delicious discovery at this year’s DJAZAGRO exhibition. A range of on-trend recipes will be available on stand A018 (Hall A) formulated with Ingredion’s unique range of ingredients including highly functional texturisers and starches, hydrocolloids and natural foaming agents.
Taking place from 25-28 February 2019 at SAFEX Palais des Expositions, Algiers, Algeria, DJAZAGRO will bring together over 20,000 professionals across the agri-food industry including equipment manufacturers, retailers, food service and ingredient suppliers. Showcasing its portfolio of functional ingredient solutions, the menu includes a vegan analogue block cheese, perfectly crunchy and crispy coated nuts, a delicious and creamy bake stable chocolate filling and two beverages – a smooth and creamy, reduced sugar orange milk juice and a naturally long lasting, foam stable soda.
