Indulgent celeriac velouté with hidden root vegetables

The humble root vegetable is the star of this bowl of pickled carrots, swede and potato topped with a light but creamy celeriac sauce – although because this dish taps into the hidden vegetable trend, you might not realise it!

Our culinologists used HOMECRAFT® Create 865 rice flour in this recipe to provide opacity, texture and a homely flavour while also enabling a consumer-preferred rice flour clean label.

Exotic frozen chai masala dessert

In this protein-enriched, vegan dish, we’re showing off our capabilities in ice cream with a sweetly spiced frozen dessert served with a buttery, vanilla, high-protein cookie.

This vegan frozen dessert has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel thanks to our SIMPLISTICA™ Ice 1210 stabiliser system, which slows down ice crystal formation in frozen applications, controls over-run and enhances the overall eating experience.

VITESSENCE™ Pulse 1803 pea protein is used in the cookie to create protein enrichment without compromising on texture or flavour.

Great tasting vegan gouda style slices

Delicious, protein-enriched white bread and great tasting vegan cheese alternative that’s perfect for slicing and doesn’t have any brittleness or powdery mouthfeel.

Creamy yoghurt and fruit pot

The perfect way to brighten up your day: this clean label yoghurt is enhanced with a sweet/savoury blueberry and beetroot compote combination. With no fat and low sugar content, this indulgent recipe will appeal to healthconscious consumers.

Virtuous veggie steamed bao bun

Take your senses to the bustling streets of Asia with a vegetarian twist on a street food classic: a lightly-steamed bao bun filled with a crunchy vegetarian nugget, crisp vegetable slaw and a spicy ketchup.

Our culinologists used VITESSENCE™ Pulse 1803 protein in both the steamed bao buns and the vegetarian nuggets. It was key to creating great texture and fantastic flavour in our soy-free, meat alternative nuggets. And it meant the bao buns were high in protein yet maintained great taste and mouthfeel.

Clean carrot, orange and ginger soup

A savoury, fruity and velvety soup with a hint of warming ginger. While this dish is rich and intensely flavoured, our culinologists used neutrally flavoured HOMECRAFT® Create 365 flour to keep salt content low and capitalise on the popular health and wellness trend. This ingredient enables consumer-friendly tapioca flour clean label credentials and provides shelf stability that matches functional native starches.

creamy chocolate cherry tart

Direct from a Parisian patisserie, take your pick between indulgent buttery pastry shells filled with sweet vanilla cream and fresh raspberries or a mouth watering chocolate cream and cherries.

These decadent treats will appeal to consumers looking to delight their senses and features NOVATION® Lumina 600 functional native starch that enables exceptional flavour, brightness, freeze thaw stability and process tolerance.
