ULTRA-CRISP™ CS starch

ULTRA-CRISP™ CS is a cold-water-swelling, unmodified waxy maize starch. It is a white to off-white powder and is suitable for use in baked cereals, baked crackers, and a variety of snack items where expansion and a crispy texture are desired.
