PRECISA™ 655 S starch is a texturiser giving an elastic and bendable texture to processed and analogue block cheese (slices or shreds) and makes block pizza cheese shreds less dry and feathery. Together with other starches, it enables block cheese manufacturers to replace casein and save recipe costs while maintaining a premium quality.
