HYLON VII (PCR) starch

HYLON VII (PCR) is a high amylose food starch designed to give added crispness and to control surface characteristics in batters and breaded applications. HYLON VII (PCR) helps to control surface properties and expansion in extruded snack and cereals. The strong gelling properties of this speciality starch make it suitable for gelled, opaque confectionery.
