HOMECRAFT® Pulse 2103 flour

HOMECRAFT® Pulse 2103 is a native yellow lentil based very fine milled flour with a high starch content. The gluten-free flour, which is very mild in taste, is used to improve the texture and crispiness in low-moisture foods such as bakery, snack, pasta and cereal products.
